Processing Time

Orders placed before Midnight ET will begin processing the next business day and will ship immediately after production is complete. Order processing and manufacturing can take up to 3-5 business days (unless specified otherwise on the product page). Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Artwork Delays

To ensure there are no delays with your order, we strongly recommend preparing your artwork properly prior to uploading (if reusing artwork from a previous order, you’re good to go!). If there’s an issue with artwork, your order may be delayed until we get in contact with you to hash out the details.

Order Tracking

You can track your order and see updated statuses along the way by logging into the PhotoFlashDrive site and visiting My Account > Orders.

Shipping

After processing is complete and the order has shipped, the delivery date is determined by the speed of the shipping method that you selected during checkout.
For example, Next-Day Shipping means you will receive your order 1 business day after your order has finished processing. (Shipping via USPS can take 4-10 business days).
