To Our Customers, an update regarding our status amidst the COVID-19 pandemic,
As we navigate this tough time together, we first and foremost hope that you and your loved ones are safe.
We would like to share the following update with respect to our business operations:
- Effective Monday, May 4, 2020 – our team will be returning and strictly following the guidelines set forth by the state of Connecticut regarding safe workplace protocols. It is our number one priority during this time to provide the safest environment possible for our team and we will continue to follow all precautions to the best of our ability.
- We are accepting all orders with processing times possibly still delayed by a day or two. Please feel free to contact us if your order is time sensitive – we will do what we can to expedite.
- Shipments will be made Monday through Thursday.
- Customer care and chat will be available for questions 9:00a ET – 5:00p ET Monday – Friday.
